Withdrawal and returns

Sticker kits and accessories: you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. Let us know through the contact form with your order number. The product must be returned unused, not applied and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will refund the amount, including the initial standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method.

Digital templates (.pdf and .ai): as digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you expressly agree to the immediate download and lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Faulty or wrong products: if you receive a damaged product or one different from your order, contact us and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you, without prejudice to the legal guarantee.
