Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal (tax) obligations and your consent for marketing communications.

Retention: for as long as needed for the business relationship and the legal retention periods (generally 6 years for accounting and tax records).

Recipients: Shopify (store and payments platform), payment providers and shipping companies, only as needed for the order. Some providers may process data outside the EEA with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). We do not share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time, through the contact form. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
